The key reasons are as follows:
➬Custom design: Each order includes exclusive artwork and brand elements tailored for the customer.
➬Made-to-order workflow: Products enter production only after an order is placed and are not part of general inventory.
➬Non-resalable: Custom patterns, sizes, or styles cannot be sold to other users.
➬Personalized configurations are non-changeable: These include color, size, wall combinations (e.g., tent side walls), and flag base options, which become fixed after printing and manufacturing.
Therefore:
📌 Orders not related to quality issues are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Eligible Return or Refund Situations

Although custom products are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, we still provide quality assurance. If any of the following manufacturing defects or production errors are verifiable and documented with photographs, we will issue a refund, remake the item, or send a replacement:

We encourage customers to carefully confirm artwork, dimensions, and printing details before placing orders to avoid non-quality factors affecting the order experience.

Refund & Replacement Process

If you are requesting after-sales service due to a quality issue, please follow this process:
➬Take photos or videos to document the problem: Clearly show the issue details and the overall condition of the product.
➬Submit within 48 hours of receiving the item: Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed (to prevent damage caused by prolonged misuse).
➬Quality team review: We will respond within 1–3 business days.

No Order Cancellation Once Production Starts​

Since all products are custom printed, orders cannot be canceled once they enter the following stages:
➬Artwork confirmed
➬Print layout in progress
➬Production processing underway
Any cancellation requests submitted after production has commenced will not be accepted.

Shipping Issues

Delays during transit, weather impacts, and uncontrollable circumstances in international logistics are not covered under our refund policy. However, we will assist with the following situations:
➬Lost packages (lost in transit)
➬Severely damaged packages
➬Partial missing goods
We will communicate with the logistics company and assist customers in obtaining compensation or replacement shipments.
